Principal Zhang Zhongshan

Principal and Party Branch Secretary of Tangshan Yingcai School (January 15th to now)

        Zhang Zhongshan, principal of Tangshan Yingcai School, graduated from Liaoning University and majored in Chinese Language and Literature. He was ever served as Director and Vice Headmaster of a national school, Vice Director and Chinese Teaching and Research staff of Luannan Education Bureau. Our principal not only has been named as The National Innovative Leading Teacher and the National Excellent Chinese Teacher, but also created a teaching method called the emotional Chinese. A column named Sunshine Zone in Liaoning TV once reported his searching for emotional Chinese on the topic of “soil protecting the flower”. In 2008, he quit the enviable leadership position of public education, resolutely devoted himself in private education career, and became the fourth principal of Tangshan Yingcai School.

        For many times, he was invited to attend the seminars and to give important speeches. He used to have lectures in Shijiazhuang, Caofeidian in Hebei Tangshan, Baishan of Jilin, Handan of Hebei, ZaoZhuang of Shandong Province, Wenling of Zhejiang Province and so on.

        His thoughts and ideas of education not only guides our running practice, but also benefited all kinds of schools from 18 different provinces and cities in our country. Many people from different schools afar came to visit our school and to learn experience of running. The coming of likeminded people and students of 55 counties in 18 different provinces brought a new life to the strengthening of the teachers and the development of students. On September 26, 2010, Principal Zhang Zhongshan became the executive director of Private Education Association in Hebei Province. On January 24, 2011, he took the seat of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Luannan. On February 26, 2011, he became the editor of moral education newspaper by special arrangement and standing colonel of expert lecturer group. In July 2011, he got the title of outstanding communist party member both in county and city.
