Resume of the President

        Liu Jiankai, who was born in Luannan, Tangshan, in December 1964, is a member of the Chinese Communist Party and Luannan People’s Congress Standing Committee.

1981-1991, he served in the army in fire brigade of Cangzhou, Hebei province. During that time, he used to be an ordinary soldier, and then he was promoted to the quartermaster, at last he ended his military career as a captain.

1991-2001, he worked as a clerk in the Construction Bank in Cangzhou. As before, he started his career as a vice dean of the office, then he was promoted from vice administration director to the director.

2001-2011 He resigned from the office and came back to Luannan where he was born. Then he established the Tangshan Yingcai School and worked as the president.

He began the second business in October, 2010. He established the senior department with an investment of 85 million yuan and a land of 85 mu. The senior department was opened on September 1st 2011.
