The School

        Tangshan Yingcai School which was first built in July,2001 and located in Luannan Tangshan Hebei Province, is a collection of primary school, junior high school, high school education of full-time boarding and running by the modern. It contains 48 teaching classes, 2200 students, 330 staff. Our school is the laboratory school of the Wei education thought, the model school of practicing the Di Zi Gui, the national family education laboratory school, and the contemporary famous educator Wei Shusheng wrote the school name by himself.

        The school covers 140 Chinese acres, with 56,000 square meters’ floor space and a total asset of 180 million yuan, and signs middle school branch and primary school two parts. The two campus are consist of teaching building, office building, laborary building, auditorium, gym, swimming pool, restaurant, students' apartment buildings and teachers’ apartments. Different function rooms and modern teaching and office equipment are all available, all classes realize electronic board teaching; each of the two regions of middle and primary school has 400 meters international standard plastic runway, green soccer field, basketball court, plastic and all kinds of sports facilities. The classical garden and the modern garden have different features, lush trees, flowers numerous green grass, artificial lakes, bridges, rockery waterfalls, paved pathway corridor, window pavilions, in buildings set off in becomes an interest, elegant environment, culture atmosphere is strong. It is a place that teachers happy to teach, and students happy to learn. Also it is their campus, garden, park and home.   Since have built the school, our school insists to fully implement the party's education policy, adhere to four school concept that "detail decides success or failure, studying to liberation army, practicing Di Zi Gui, carrying out the Shusheng thought". Through unremitting efforts, our school has achieved gratifying achievements. Our school has been the first for seven years in Luannan County, and has received"advanced school" in Tangshan, "star school" in Hebei Province and more than 60 honoraty titles, and in 2009 it was named as " The Advanced Collective of National Education System " by the People's Republic of Human Resources and Social Security and the People's Republic of China Ministry of Education    We execute the President Responsibility system under the leadership of board of directors.The chairman Liu Jiankai is the standing committee of National People's Congress of Luannan County, the "Tangshan ten outstanding youth", and the Chief expert of “ Family education weekly for moral education ”.He has the far vision and the ability of integrating human resources in science way. The honorary schoolmaster WuXianXin is a disciple of Wei Shusheng who is a famous education expertor, he is master of management of southwest university and the president of PanJinShi the second high school in Liaoning Province.The president ZhangZhongShan is the political advisor of Luannan County, national innovative backbone teacher, national excellent Chinese teacher, executive director of the association of private education in Hebei province, the special editor of moral education newspaper’s editorial committee, and the colonel of expert lecturer group. He has the advanced thoughts and practicing experience about how to manage school.
